RENTON - While the Seattle Seahawks will still be without their two starting tackles for the next few weeks, the team is slowly but surely returning to health.

TE Zach Miller is expected to play for the Seahawks Thursday night in Arizona after a two-week absence with a hamstring strain. Miller was able to fully participate in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday and head coach Pete Carroll said he's ready to go against the Cardinals.

DE Chris Clemons also has a chance to play after suffering a hyper-extended elbow last Sunday against the Tennessee Titans. Clemons was limited in practice on Wednesday and Carroll said he's got a chance to play Thursday night.

"We’re going to work him out in pregame," Carroll said. "He practiced a little bit today and he definitely has a chance."

LB Bobby Wagner will not be available in time for the game. Wagner is still recovering from a high-ankle sprain and will not be ready to play with the short week being an added disadvantage.

Carroll said RB Spencer Ware is finally making progress in his recovery from a high-ankle sprain of his own suffered against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2.

"He’s out of the boot and he’s moving around now," Carroll said. "He’s still a couple of weeks away from getting back, but at least he’s turning the corner and he’s working out now and he’s on the field and all."

T Breno Giacomini is also improving after a second procedure on his injured knee to drain fluid last weekend.

"He’s on it now so each week we’ll just have to wait and see," Carroll said. "This is the kind of surgery that he could’ve comeback within four to five weeks so he still has a chance to do that here if he can get back soon, but he’s not going too far off of that."

RB Marshawn Lynch is expected to play after being limited in practice with a hip injury.

"The recycle process is a little different in this week for him, but he feels good enough and he should be good," Carroll said.
